Job Vacancies:

Vice President, Technology

Responsibilities:

• Head the Technology team to ensure stable data centre services and network connectivity operation in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.
• Take a leadership role in services and network infrastructure development to optimize business results.
• Initiate and lead technological studies to develop new services or systems to improve operational stability, efficiency and cost performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with solution partners and network providers to ensure quality and cost-effective network and IT infrastructure for business growth.
• Ensure the provision of quality customer services to achieve customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in colocation business development activities in PRC.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline, technical knowledge or proven understanding in data centre operation and services is required.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in technology development and operational management.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinking with sound analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, result-driven with good organizational skills.
• Good communication and business networking skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and good command in Chinese including Putonghua.

Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Facility Management team to carry out daily operation and annual planned maintenance programmes of all data center facilities.
• Liaise with customers to ensure the provision of quality building services and facility management to achieve customer satisfactionties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in E&M / Building Service Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in E&M operation and facility management, experience in data centre is a definite advantage.
• A valid certificate for Registered Electrical Worker "C2" preferred.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and good command in Chinese including Putonghua.
  
• Travel to PRC may be required.

System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools / utilities for automating data centre operation.
• Plan, analyze and implement projects for IT systems or data centre setup.
• Work with customers for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Evaluate different products in the market.
• Maintain the system process and prepare documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration / Web Application Development / System Engineering, hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting of system is preferred.
• In depth knowledge of System (Perl, Scripts, PHP), database servers (MySQL, Oracle), Internet Applications Servers (Apache, DNS, Qmail, Postfix), operation system (Linux, Solaris, Windows) and having a basic Networking knowledge.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support services to customers including fault reporting, troubleshooting, smarthand services and site administration.
• Monitor datacenter facilities and network infrastructure.
• Assist Engineers on system / network implementation and maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders in computer related disciplines.
• At least 1 year's working experience in data centre operation or technical support.
• Experience of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking equipment such as routers and switches.
• Self-initiative and well-equipped to expose to the recent networking and internet technologies.
• Good communication skills and good command in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
• Shift duty is required.

• 五年或以上大廈電機設備安裝/ 保養經驗, 有發電機, 中央冷氣及低壓制櫃保養經驗為佳
