Job Vacancies:

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute Data Centre Services sales activities with the aim to drive sales & profitability to achieve the targeted business objectives.
  • Work closely with the service delivery team to formulate value propositions in response to customer and prospect requirements.
  • Account management on major customers.
  • Identify competitors activities within the market and recommend competitive tactics and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or IT related field.
  • Knowledge in Data Centre, IT & Telecom services.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with good track record in selling technology products / services to corporate accounts, preferably in the banking and financial sector.
  • Strong communication and business networking skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and good command in Chinese including Putonghua.

System Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools / utilities for automating data centre operation.
  • Plan, analyze and implement projects for IT systems or data centre setup.
  • Work with customers for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Evaluate different products in the market.
  • Maintain the system process and prepare documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration / Web Application Development / System Engineering, hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting of system is preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of System (Perl, Scripts, PHP), database servers (MySQL, Oracle), Internet Applications Servers (Apache, DNS, Qmail, Postfix), operation system (Linux, Solaris, Windows) and having a basic Networking knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support services to customers including fault reporting, troubleshooting, smarthand services and site administration.
  • Monitor datacenter facilities and network infrastructure.
  • Assist Engineers on system / network implementation and maintenance works.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holders in computer related disciplines.
  • At least 1 year's working experience in data centre operation or technical support.
  • Experience of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking equipment such as routers and switches.
  • Self-initiative and well-equipped to expose to the recent networking and internet technologies.
  • Good communication skills and good command in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
  • Shift duty is required.

  • 持有機電署註冊電業工程人員牌照[A]級
  • 五年或以上大廈電機設備安裝/ 保養經驗, 有發電機, 中央冷氣及低壓制櫃保養經驗為佳
  • 每天9小時輪班工作及須穿著制服
